Om - meditate
Om is a simple chant with complex meaning, often heard at the beginning and end of a yoga practice. It is said to be the sound of the universe, the past, present and future, alignment the mind, body, spirit. Use this blend to center and promote deeper meditation.

Holy Basil (Tulsi) – a variety of basil typically cultivated in India. In Ayurvedic medicine, holy basil is referred to as the Elixir of Life. It helps pain and inflammation and soothes muscle spasms. Warming and uplifting.
Sage – There are many varieties of sage. Native American tribes used white sage for smudging, a ritual that is believed to provide spiritual cleansing. This oil, from more common sage, has a fresh, camphorous fragrance and is believed to enhance cognition and help cleanse our environments.
