~ Sweet Marjoram: From the flowers and leaves of this familiar garden herb. Supports the immune system and warms the mind and spirit. 
~ Lavender: Deeply calming, bringing peace and balance to support us emotionally.
~ Ylang Ylang: Powerfully fragrant oil distilled from flowers of the tropical tree. Relaxes and calms and has a special synergy with lavender to usher in a good night’s sleep.

~ Vetiver: The roots of this fragrant grass can grow 10 feet in its first year. Vetiver root grounds and protects, calming the mind, body and spirit.

Om - meditate

Om is a simple chant with complex meaning, often heard at the beginning and end of a yoga practice.  It is said to be the sound of the universe, the past, present and future, alignment the mind, body, spirit.  Use this blend to center and promote deeper meditation. Apply to pulse points and palms. Cup your hands and breathe deeply.

~ Palo Santo: A wood was used for millennia in spiritual purification. Ancient tribes used Palo Santo to generate states of concentration, balance and calm.
~ Clary Sage: Calms and uplifts to allow creative inspiration to flow freely.  Supports our immunity and can help muscle spasms and inflammation.
~ Cedarwood: Feeling anxious and in need of grounding? Turn to the oil derived from this familiar tree.
~  Sweet Orange: This beautiful citrus supports digestion and health and helps lift our mood. It can help in environments with unwanted bacteria.
~ Palmarosa: A grass with sweet, rose-like fragrance. Palmarosa essential oil is nurturing to the skin and helps when we experience emotional stress. It grounds the heart and comforts.
~ Holy Basil (Tulsi): A variety of basil typically cultivated in India. In Ayurvedic medicine, holy basil is referred to as the Elixir of Life. It helps pain and inflammation and soothes muscle spasms. Warming and uplifting.
~ Sage: There are many varieties of sage.  Native American tribes used white sage for smudging, a ritual that is believed to provide spiritual cleansing.  This oil, from a more commonly known sage, has a fresh, camphorous fragrance and is believed to enhance cognition and help cleanse our environments.

~ Green Mandarin: Bright and tart with floral notes. This small fruit cleanses and refreshes.
~ Eucalyptus: There are many types of eucalyptus. The flat-leafed globulus species from Madagascar is intense, fresh and sweet with the expected camphor fragrance.  Supports us when we feel a little under the weather and helps when we are tired or in need of a boost.
~ Rosemary: A garden herb favorite that uplifts and energizes and encourages mental clarity.  Just what we need to start the day.
~ Peppermint: Stimulates and helps us focus. These small leaves have so many benefits.  hey refresh and awaken, sooth the stomach and help clear stuffy noses. 
~ Geranium: An essential oil extracted from the leaves of Pelargonium x asperum provide balance to this blend. Geranium is deeply skin nourishing and lifts our mood.

~ Ginger: the rhizome of this brilliant red blooming plant provides a warming and emotionally stabilizing oil. Most widely known for its digestive properties, it also helps with muscle spasms and inflammation.
~ Cardamom: The warming essential oil is useful in helping us manage through pain and inflammation with emotional qualities that help when we are worried or stressed.
~ Plai: A member of the ginger family, the rhizome of this white flowering plant provides a cooling essential oil that provides comfort for pain and inflammation.  Its fresh, exotic fragrance can calm and bring peace when experiencing anxiety or stress.
~ Petitgrain: From the bitter orange tree leaves. Perfect to sooth sore, inflamed muscles. This skin-loving oil helps calm an anxious moment and lifts the mood. 
~ Orange Blossom: The blossoms of the orange tree, with their beautiful fragrance, provide emotional support.  A few precious drops of this exquisite oil are added to relax and reduce perceived stress to open the way for our immune system.
